Hi, my name is Jane Bradshaw and welcome to my fitness and well-being website.
Since qualifying as a personal trainer in 2010 I have loved every minute of my work. I work with many different clients, from promising junior athletes and committed fitness fans to those new to exercise and post-natal women. During this time I became increasingly interested in muscular skeletal health and why pain and dysfunction can occur. This led me to study and qualify for the BTec Level 5 diploma with the Institute of Sports & Remedial Massage (ISRM), which is currently the highest level qualification available for this discipline.
I now run my own clinic as well as working weekly with high performance athletes at Bromley Swimming Club and Blackheath & Bromley Athletics Club – both of which are ranked nationally in the top ten. In addition, I run fitness classes and circuit sessions and successfully ran Buggyfit Beckenham for 6 years, an outdoor fitness class for new mums with their babies. I also run Metafit Beckenham, as you will see from the page, this 30 minute fast class challenges everyone from the least fit to the elite, it is addictive and most definitely works!
After the birth of my second child, I took up running in 2005 and have since competed for my athletics club and Kent County. I absolutely know that only hard work gets results and there are no quick fixes or gimmicky eating plans that will deliver lasting results. I know what it is like to give your all and have total respect for my client who get out and train come rain or shine. I also know how to help fix you when things are not going so well.
