Help – I am really nervous and unfit – will I be able to keep up?

All my sessions, including Metafit, are designed to cater for all levels of fitness. I always take into account your health and exercise history and will adapt the session so that you get the most out of it.

Will your sessions ensure I lose weight?

They will definitely contribute to fat loss but you also need to eat clean! I can provide you with the right information and support and regularly send out newsletters to my clients, offering advice on nutrition and how to eat right.

I am really self conscious that everyone will look better than me…

In a Metafit session, everyone is so focused on on their own workout that no one even notices what the person next to them is up to!

How can I be assured of the quality of your work?

As a Level 5 Massage Practitioner, I am a member of the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage (ISRM) which acts as a main governing body, responsible for maintaining the standards for sports massage practitioners and sports massage training organisations. In addition, as a member of the CNHC (Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council), I have to adhere to a rigorous professional standard of care.

What if I feel massage therapy isn’t making a difference?

If there is no change in your condition after a few treatments, then it will always be suggested that you see you GP or other health practitioner. Sometimes muscular pain can mask as other conditions and it is part of my job to pay attention to your overall health and not just the bit of you that is sore.
